ABSTRACT
The theme for the development of this research work is Venezuelan university education; being the central purpose of the study, to reveal a view of university education with human essence of the participants in the educational act for the integrative interaction of the teacher dynamized from the complex virtual environments of learning, being able to mutate perfectly to new educational scenarios that are based on technological means of training from the perspective of multiple intelligences, thereby guaranteeing a degree of human sensitivity in the educational processes of this century from the perspective of Husserl and Heidegger. The method for intellectual production was based on an integrative approach from the phenomenological with hermeneutical nuances marked by the current of complexity with proximity to connectivity and transdisciplinary relationships with integrated nuances. Human experiences were found that provided significant and valid learning to the participants as an emancipatory process in their training. The Universities selected for the sampling are: The nuclei located in Ciudad Bolívar, such as Upel, Udo and Ugma, where a complex social scenario begins that, from the laws and regulations of the Venezuelan University, give it those tones of conflict. From the hermeneutic, the thematic axes were obtained: The University education of the present century and the virtual learning environments, achieving the Ecosophia of thesis as a contribution to the current of human thought called: Digital education in virtual learning environments by means of technological training. . The development of the thesis leads to conclusions that its application as an emancipatory process, allows the teacher to have an innovative comprehensive approach to their management with an integrated plural epistemic foundation and the student obtains significant learning, social experience, interaction, motivation, innovation and sensitivity. as an ontological subject based on a professional profile; as long as the reflective atmospheres proposed in this work are given.
